EMDR is an evidenced-based therapy that helps people reduce the intensity of negative memories, or future worries. EMDR also helps shift negative core beliefs to more helpful core beliefs for overall healthier functioning.

In addition, Katy is trained in the Syzygy Model of IFS-Informed EMDR, which adds the Internal Family Systems approach to the traditional EMDR process.
