We all experience challenges in life. Sometimes we are dealing with an old, unhealed wound. Sometimes we have a new situation, event, or season of life that overwhelms us. Therapy is meant to help people get unstuck and to stop struggling with the difficulties in life. My goal is to assist you in allowing the healthiest parts of yourself be the most present parts in your life.
Katy Shapiro is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical therapy experience. Katy has certifications in trauma therapies as well as training in several treatment modalities.
